Roberto lifelong purpose is to have a positive impact in people’s lives. His past experience as Paramedic for over 13 years has made him an expert in providing specialized individual attention and care. Together with Ryan Martin, he founded the Cash In Common Podcase to further his quest to help families and individuals reach their financial potential by mastering their finances in ways they could not even imagined.

Ryan is a real estate lawyer in the Province of Ontario.  Alongside Roberto Pelaccia, Ryan founded the Cash in Common Podcast as a means of sharing ideas on real estate law, real estate investment and cash flow in Canada. In his legal practice,  his clients range from first time homebuers to experiences multi-property real estaet investors across the Province. Ryan brings his expertise to the podcast to provide a legal perspective on various real estate issue in the Canadian Market and to facilitate an open conversation on real estate for people at all levels of experience in the real estate investment space.
